About
“Cook’s Library with Patsy” is about food, and food for thought. It is designed for real cooks who are feeding themselves, friends and family. The ingredients are things found in the average kitchen, that most cooks know how to use.
Recipes come from cookbooks that are featured, as well as Patsy Terrell’s personal collection.
The column first appeared in January of 1994 in “Kansas Country Living” magazine. After a 21 year run, “Cook’s Library with Patsy” is now syndicated in a number of other publications. It is also published online here the first day of each month..
